By creating a Fitulse account or using our Tools, AI Hubs, or Rooms, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least [MINIMUM_AGE] to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Our calculators (BMI, body fat, calorie needs, and the rest) are wellness estimates built on standard, commonly-cited formulas. They are not a diagnosis and not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine.

AI Hub plans (Diet & Nutrition, Workout Plan, Sleep Optimization, Stress & Resilience) are generated by an AI model (Google Gemini) based on the answers you provide. They are a starting point, not professional medical, nutritional, psychological, or fitness advice, and may contain errors. Use your judgment, and consult a professional for anything that affects your health.

Trainers on Fitulse are independent — they are not Fitulse employees, and Fitulse does not verify or guarantee any credential, certification, or qualification a trainer states on their profile. Each trainer sets their own Room price, duration, and curriculum. Fitulse provides the platform connecting members and trainers; the coaching relationship itself is between you and the trainer.

Paid features (AI Hubs, platform packages, and Rooms) are billed as subscriptions through Paddle, our payment processor. AI Hub and platform package prices are set by Fitulse; Room prices are set individually by each trainer. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Don't use Fitulse to harass others, impersonate someone, upload content you don't have the rights to, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Fitulse and its content (other than trainer-authored Room curriculum and user-submitted content) belong to us. Trainers retain ownership of the curriculum and content they create for their own Rooms.

You can stop using Fitulse and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Fitulse is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tools, AI Hubs, or Rooms, including outcomes from trainer-led coaching or AI-generated plans.
